What payment methods I can use to top up my account?

We provide a variety of payment methods and are continuously working on adding more. At the moment you can choose to use your credit card, bank transfer or simply deposit your cryptocurrencies.

Why was my payment declined?

If your payment was rejected by our system, it means that your transaction did not meet our security requirements. However, you can fix this issue by trying a different payment method or a different card. For most of our payment methods, we rely on our Payment Service Provider. In this case, you can contact the provider directly to resolve the issue, or you can try a different payment method. Tip: If you’re using your credit card, make sure that it is not expired and that all the information is entered correctly.

My money has been withdrawn from my bank account, but payment is still pending

Sometimes it may take a longer time to process your payment. Please wait, if the processing fails, the payment will get rejected and you will be refunded. If nothing happens after you’ve waited for 30 minutes or more, please contact us.

What credit/debit cards do you accept?

SEPA transfer didn’t arrive yet

SEPA transfer can take up to 5 business days until your funds arrive on your P100 account. It can vary between different countries and different banks depending on their procedures. Sometimes it takes minutes and sometimes days. Once we receive your transfer you will see your funds right away.

Why do I need to verify my account?

Our clients are prompted to verify their accounts when necessary. This is to ensure secure transactions, protect our community and mitigate the risk or money laundering, fraud, and such. Simply put, it is a necessary step in order to make our services safe and pleasurable for our clients.

Do I have to be over 18 to use your services?

Yes, you have to be over 18 to use our services.

What does the verification process look like?

After filling in your account details, you will be prompted to go through our KYC process You will need your device with a camera and your ID. All you need to do next is follow the instructions on your screen! Tip: If you’re not wearing glasses, heavy makeup, or other face accessories in your ID photo, make sure to not wear them in the process either.

I don’t receive SMS/Email verification code

Don’t forget to check spam folder – also within messeges app on your smartphone. If the issue persists after few attempts do not hesitate to contact us.

Do I have to be verified to make a transfer?

Yes, to make a transfer, your account has to be verified using our KYC. The KYC (know your customer) verification is a mandatory process used to prevent fraud and verify the credibility of our customers. Although KYC is obligatory for us as a European company, we also think that it helps us protect our customers. It is necessary in order to make our services secure for everyone.

I’ve sent crypto to wrong wallet address. Can I revert it?

All the blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once the transfer is sent, there are no mechanisms allowing to make a revert. If the cryptocurrency has already been sent to the provided wallet address, making a revert is impossible.

What should I know about “Refer a friend” rewards?

- You can refer up to 10 friends in P100 app.
- Transactions at a financial institution, like Revolut, Wise etc. will not be accepted. - The purchase shouldn’t be refunded or cancelled, otherwise the €2.5 will not be credited.
- To receive a reward, an invited friend has to complete 2 purchases with P100 Mastercard debit card. Each transaction has to exceed €5. Even if one purchase exceeds €10, your friend still needs to complete a second one worth above €5.
- Only P100 Mastercard purchases are eligible for reward, transactions such as money transfer will not count.

How to get welcome credits?

You can get up to 30€ as welcome credits. It is possible to earn credits, by winning some marketing activities organized by P100. Read this article to get more details about welcome credits.

What are the welcome credits for?

Welcome credits are a bonus that P100 offers to do some actions in the APP. You can exchange the welcome credits directly for money in the “refer a friend” section by clicking on the present icon.

Where I can create a referral link?

In the “refer a friend” section you can get a referral link that you can share with your friends with which you can invite up to 10 users. Each of your friend, that will create an account, pass the KYC and make at least 2 transactions will bring you 250 points = 2.5€

Will I get welcome credits for inviting a friend?

Yes, tap on the “Refer a friend” button on the app main screen and share your referral link with friends. Your friend must complete the full boarding process (KYC).
After making at least 2 purchases, each worth €5 or more (2 x €5), with P100 Mastercard, both you and your friend will receive €2.5 in welcome credits.

How do I check my welcome credits balance?

On the P100 app, click on the Refer friend button, in the opened menu you will be able to check your current points balance.

How can I redeem my welcome credits?

In the section “invite a friend” you can exchange your welcome credits section by clicking on the present icon. You can exchange your welcome credits, each time you have a multiplier of 5€ (5€, 10€, 25€ or 50€).

How long are my Welcome credits valid?

The welcome credits will be available until the launch of P100 Token, then they will be automatically converted. We will share more information soon!

Can I change my current plan to another one?

Yes, you can switch to a 3-month or yearly plan. The new plan will take effect upon the conclusion of the previous one.

Is subscribing to P100 membership mandatory? What are the fees if I don't subscribe to P100 membership?

P100 membership is not mandatory. You will still have full access to P100 functionalities for free. However, without the membership, you will be required to pay the regular commission fees for buying, selling, swapping, and withdrawing cryptocurrencies.

What are the limits for fee-free transactions for members?

Limits apply only to swaps, with a weekly cap of €20,000. If you exceed this limit, fees will apply for swaps. Your limit will reset after one week.

Will I be charged for crypto withdrawal fees as a member?

No, you won't pay a service fee for withdrawing crypto to a Self Custody Wallet or an external wallet. However, please note that you will still need to cover the network fee.

Can you deduct my subscription fee from my P100 crypto balance?

No, the subscription fee will only be deducted from your fiat balance. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your fiat balance before the automated renewal.

Will I receive a refund for the days remaining on my membership if I decide to cancel before the end of the month?

Unfortunately, no. Once you confirm your membership plan, it covers you from the moment you subscribe until the same date the following month. We understand circumstances change, but refunds for unused days are not applicable.

How can I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, follow these steps: Access the subscription tab in your settings (located in the left corner). In the top left, you will find a "subscription" button. Click on the "subscription" button to open another page. On this page, you will see a "cancel" button. Click the "cancel" button to initiate the cancellation process. Once you've completed these steps, your membership will be cancelled, and you'll be able to view the remaining days on the screen.1.

Can I combine P100 Membership with P100 Points cashback

With the introduction of the Membership subscription plan, we are removing the P100 Points functionality from the app. Every 300 of your P100 Points will be automatically converted to 1 free Membership day

What is P100 Membership, and what will I receive for being a member?

P100 Membership is a subscription priced at 5€ per month. As a member, you will gain Premium User status, and your Membership subscription plan will cover crypto swap and withdrawal fees. This ensures you can purchase and move crypto at the optimal rate like an expert. Please note that third-party fees, such as network fees, are not included in the P100 membership.
